Welcome to the new Education Works Blog!

Hello!

We at Education Works would like this opportunity to welcome readers to our brand new blog! We welcome teachers, school administrators, homeschoolers, day care providers and parents to come here and find suggestions for the products they need to make educating easier and more comfortable for students and children.

This blog was created so that we could have a new link to our customers. We would like to know more about the people who shop on www.directclassroom.com, and we are very interested in receiving your comments and emails about the products we carry, and the products you may like to see us carry. Also, we thought that having a blog would be a great way to keep our readers informed of what is new on the site, what is on sale, and what may be discontinued so you can get it while it is still available.

This blog is still a baby, but in the future we also hope to incorporate suggestions for lesson plans, and projects for your students or children, including children who have special needs. Contests will also start up within the next couple of months, so that our constant readers will get the opportunity to win discounts on the products in our store!!

Sproutz, a greeen line for the classroom

For the last two weeks we have been working on adding a new section to our store which features Sproutz, the green line manufactured by Jonti-Craft. Sproutz is unique in that it is made with 100% recycled wood fiber and formaldehyde free resin, so that it cuts down on toxins released into the air.
